Returns

Coatings HQ accepts returns on eligible unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

Due to the chemical nature of decorative concrete coating materials, returned products must:

• Be unopened and unused
• Have original factory seals intact
• Be in resellable condition
• Include proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened coating materials
• Epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, primer, stain, or sealer products once opened
• Custom-tinted products
• Special-order items
• Clearance items
• Pigments, dyes, metallic additives, and color packs
• Used tools or accessories

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please provide:

• photos,
• order information,
• and product batch numbers when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defective or incorrect product.
