  • flakes,
  • pigments,
  • and installation accessories.

Many products sold through our Services contain chemicals and are intended for professional or properly supervised use.

Customer assumes all responsibility for:

  • product selection,
  • surface preparation,
  • application methods,
  • environmental conditions,
  • safety procedures,
  • and final project outcomes.

Customers should always review applicable:

  • Technical Data Sheets (TDS),
  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS),
  • and manufacturer installation guidelines prior to use.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and finishes. However:

  • screen settings,
  • lighting,
  • substrate conditions,
  • installation methods,
  • and batch variations

may affect final appearance.

Decorative concrete coatings are artistic and naturally variable products. Variations in color, gloss, movement, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Sample boards and mockups are strongly recommended before full installation.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Coatings HQ reserves the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders,
  • limit quantities,
  • restrict sales,
  • or modify pricing and availability at any time.

Orders may be canceled due to:

  • inventory issues,
  • pricing errors,
  • suspected fraud,
  • shipping restrictions,
  • or other business-related concerns.

Customer is responsible for verifying:

  • quantities,
  • colors,
  • product types,
  • and order accuracy before use.

Once material has been opened or used, orders are considered accepted.

SECTION 5 — PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include:

  • taxes,
  • shipping,
  • freight,
  • customs,
  • or additional handling charges unless specifically stated.

Customer agrees to provide valid and authorized payment information.

Coatings HQ reserves the right to refuse transactions suspected of fraud or abuse.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING, FREIGHT & DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Coatings HQ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • freight carriers,
  • weather,
  • manufacturer delays,
  • customs,
  • supply chain disruptions,
  • or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to customer upon pickup by the carrier or customer.

Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting damages within 48 hours.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Due to the chemical nature of our products, all approved returns are issued as store credit only unless otherwise required by law.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • product is unopened,
  • seals are intact,
  • material is unused,
  • and product is in resellable condition.

Opened materials, special orders, custom-tinted products, and clearance items are non-returnable.

SECTION 8 — NO INSTALLATION WARRANTY

Unless explicitly stated in writing, Coatings HQ supplies materials only.

We do not warrant:

  • workmanship,
  • installation methods,
  • substrate conditions,
  • adhesion,
  • compatibility,
  • moisture conditions,
  • or project outcomes.

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the manufacturer.

SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coatings HQ shall not be liable for:

  • labor costs,
  • project delays,
  • downtime,
  • lost profits,
  • business interruption,
  • incidental damages,
  • consequential damages,
  • or improper installation.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 10 — SAFETY & CHEMICAL HANDLING

Many products sold by Coatings HQ contain chemicals that may require:

  • ventilation,
  • respiratory protection,
  • gloves,
  • eye protection,
  • and specialized handling procedures.

Customer assumes all responsibility for safe storage, handling, transportation, and application of products purchased.

Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines may result in injury, product failure, or property damage.

SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including:

  • logos,
  • branding,
  • graphics,
  • product descriptions,
  • photos,
  • videos,
  • and written materials

is the property of Coatings HQ or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms, including Shopify and payment processors.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party services.
