Product Description
Maximum Coating Removal for Lavina Propane Grinders
The Lavina PCD Trapezoid Grinding Segment is designed for rapid removal of thick coatings without loading up like traditional diamond tooling. Equipped with two 1/4 PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) cutters and one diamond support bar, this right-hand (clockwise) tool aggressively strips away epoxy, urethane, mastic, glue, paint, waterproofing membranes, and other resilient coatings while helping stabilize the tool during operation.
Specifically designed for Lavina propane grinders, this tooling is ideal for large-scale coating removal projects where productivity is the priority.

Contractor Tip: PCD tooling is designed to remove coatings—not grind concrete. Once the coating has been stripped, switch to diamond grinding segments to profile the concrete and prepare it for the next flooring system. For maximum efficiency, always pair right-hand and left-hand PCD tools on your grinder to maintain balance and consistent cutting performance.
